EDUARDO MARCO EXHIBITS IN CASA DE MÉXICO

28 May 2023

PhotoEspaña 23 Festival, his most recent exhibition CDMX La gran ciudad velada (Against everything real):

"Where we sleepy tourists only see curious objects, Eduardo Marco shows us an optical delicacy. The known is transformed into an object of astonishment. He saves what he observes because he transforms heaviness into poetry.

This exhibition is a flight and a walk through Mexico City, that gigantic dichotomy."

Retrospective of Jorge Gallego at the Museum of Alcalá de Guadaíra, Seville.

30 Mar 2023

Under the title "Journey", the artist of the gallery Jorge Gallego, whom last December exhibited his most recent work with us, opens his first retrospective exhibition at the Museum of Alcalá de Guadaíra, Seville.

The exhibition highlights his vision of landscape, often through large panoramic views, although he also works masterfully in portraits and still lifes. Always with a realistic language, which is only possible due to his extraordinary mastery of drawing and pictorial materials and procedures.

The exhibition remains open until May 7, 2023.

New sculpture in Madrid by Carlos Albert

18 Nov 2022

On November 18, the latest creation of the artist Carlos Albert was installed in the Plaza de Santo Domingo in Madrid for the delight of all passers-by.

Under the title of Agora, a Corten steel sculpture measuring 400 x 220 x 160 cm. and weighing 500 kg., Carlos Albert conceived a work to be located in the Plaza de Santo Domingo in Madrid, a site specific where the monument acquires all its meaning, as the enclave is a real crossroads where many streets lead and the place becomes the perfect metaphor for what Madrid represents for the artist, a place of confluences, the ideal framework that gives meaning to Agora.

Very happy with the growing trajectory of Carlos Albert, who will have his first solo exhibition at Ansorena in the spring of 2023.
