Since 2000, when he held his first exhibition outside Spain, Salustiano has become one of the most international artists on the art scene, with dozens of annual exhibitions in galleries, institutions and art fairs in the most diverse corners of the world: New York, London, Paris, Munich, Istanbul, Tel Aviv, Miami, Mexico City and Seoul, just to mention a few.
His work, defined by American critics as "beautiful, disturbing and profound" is not devoid of a strong influence of the Italian Renaissance, but also of Japanese culture.
His anonymous faces, meticulously rendered and emotionally charged, aspire to the ideal of beauty and are enveloped in absolute, resounding color.
In this online exhibition we want to pay attention to his graphic work, his prints, published on paper, but also in vitra system, which gives them a special brilliance.
Calle de Alcalá, 52. 28014 MADRID · Opening times: 10-14 y 16.30-20.
